Grateful for You! —-
For 26 years, Our Health has embraced our mission to support nonprofit organizations as they better the lives of people in our community. We believe it is more than our responsibility. It is our honor. Thanks to our 98 partners and their mission of service to help people better their lives, our community remains one of the most caring, humanitarian regions in Virginia.
This annual report provides highlights of our 2025 accomplishments, many of which you helped us achieve. Since our inception, Our Health has been serving this community, its campus agencies, regional partners and the clients they serve with a subsidized leased space that is safe, attractive and affordable; writing and administering grants; conducting training workshops; providing free state of the art conference room space; assisting with the recruitment and placement of volunteers through our Volunteer Action Center; offering IT assistance and financial management; and, assisting with public relations, advertising and marketing. We are committed to excellence in developing strong nonprofits and we work very hard to match our strengths to their needs.
Included are snapshots of the work being done by several of our partners, volunteers, board and staff members. As you can see, it was a very busy 2025 for Our Health, including adding a new partner, renovating several office suites, writing numerous grants, and working hard on our Endowment Campaign for long-term sustainability. 22 years ago we opened the Our Health Kendall Community Campus doors to 5 partner agencies serving 5,000 clients. Today, we serve 12 visionary campus partners and a total of 98 regional nonprofits and public service agencies throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley with more than 100,000 client visits to our campus each year. The Our Health model has proven over and over that when we collaborate, we are able to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.
As we enter 2026, we continue to be inspired by the generosity of our donors, the hard work and resilience of our partners, and the gratefulness of the clients we serve. Because of you, we are able to help create a community where all people are healthy and safe.
I invite you to learn more about the Our Health mission of service and partnership as you explore the stories featured in our annual report. We believe our story of service is a worthy one and we thank you for all you have done and continue to do to support our efforts. We would love to take you on a tour of the campus and let you see firsthand the amazing services provided. Call our office to arrange an individual or group tour (540-536-1600).
