Nonprofit Leadership Series
September 17, 2025 – June 24, 2026
Join us for a five-part leadership series designed to equip nonprofit staff, board members, and executive directors with the tools to strengthen their organizations and lead with confidence.
Each session includes a half-day workshop at Shenandoah University and an optional follow-up Lunch and Learn at Our Health, Inc.

Scholarships: Limited $100 discounts available for nonprofit staff.
Participants who complete all five workshops will earn a certificate from the Nonprofit Alliance NSV.
Healthy Living & Farmers Market

The Healthy Living & Farmers Market brings together fresh food, community resources, and wellness support—all in one accessible, welcoming space.
Hosted on the Our Health Green Space, this seasonal market connects neighbors with local farmers, health-focused organizations, and community partners working to improve access to nutritious food and essential services across the region.

This special benefit performance of Decision Height supports the missions of United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley and Our Health. Guests will enjoy a wine and cheese reception, themed photo booth, basket raffle, and a powerful WWII-era story honoring the Women Airforce Service Pilots.

Join us for the Washington vs. Dallas Watch Party on Sunday, October 19 at the stunning Historic Audley Farm in Berryville, VA. Tailgating kicks off at 3:00 PM, followed by the big game at 4:00 PM. This event is proudly presented by Our Health and our Title Sponsor BPG USA Berryville.
With delicious food, local craft beer, and appearances by former NFL players, this high-energy afternoon is more than just a game—it’s an experience. Guests can enjoy raffles, exciting prizes, and the chance to bid on exclusive sports memorabilia, all while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from the event benefit Our Health and help fund programs that connect individuals and families to critical health and human services throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
